Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026. This policy explains how Rice Public Impact Group, LLC handles information sent through this website, riceimpact.org.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send. When you use a form on this site we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the name of your organization, campaign or company, the kind of support you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. Please do not send confidential strategy, financial details, Social Security numbers or passwords through the website.

How we use it

To answer your message, talk with you about your objectives, and provide the services you ask for. We may follow up about the request you sent. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

When information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host this website and deliver and organize our messages, who may use it only to provide that service to us, and when the law requires it. Information you give us during an engagement is handled under the terms of that engagement, and anything you ask us to keep confidential stays that way.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you. We never share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Links to Google Maps open on Google’s own site, which has its own policy. The video on our speaking page is embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies unless you choose to play it; YouTube’s own policy applies once you do.

How long we keep it, and how it is protected

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to carry out any work you hire us for. Form submissions are stored on secured systems with limited access, but no method of storing or sending information online is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
